** PLAYER CERTIFICATION **
* ATTENTION COACHES AND PLAYERS *
All non-certified payers will NOT be allowed to participate in any official 2007 All-Net game until this process is complete.
Each player must submit copies of the following to their coach:
1. Current utility bill
2. Report card with grade
3. Original birth certificate

Important League Information
This league is ONLY for players on existing or new All Net Winter League Teams with a registered coach. Coaches must register first! Players must ask coach for division & team name in order to register. This is not a program where individuals sign up and are put onto teams. Parents - Please do not sign up your Son/Daughter for any team unless you have the coaches approval

Uniforms
Teams must purchase their own uniforms this year
ALL Teams MUST wear NJB approved uniforms.
